WE’RE HIRING – Small Machinery Operator

Based in Jimboomba / Beaudesert | Full-time Role

Turf It All is looking for a reliable and hard-working operator to join our turf installation crew!

We’re after someone experienced on small machinery (bobcats, mini loaders, etc.) to help prepare residential and commercial sites for new turf. Most of the job involves digging out old grass and soil and getting the ground ready for fresh lawn.

Operate small machinery (tight access work)

Remove existing turf and soil

Prepare and level ground for turf installation

What You Need:

Experience on small earthmoving gear

White card

MR license

Reliable, punctual and ready to work

Good pay based on experience

Well-maintained equipment

Full-time hours with a growing local business
